We had a nice weekend. It started on friday for me. Yesterday in Guitar Hero III I finally managed to 5-star "Through the Fire and Flames" in 'Medium' w0000t. I think I hit 95% of the notes, so go me. ;D It took me forever, so Jeroen and I did a happy dance in the livingroom when I was done heheh :)

Now on to start practising it in 'Hard'. I tried it once and couldn't get past the friggin intro LOL

So we headed downtown today to get "Guitar Hero World Tour" among other things we needed (and a yummy lunch at Subways as usual ;) and I must say we're quite happy with the game so far. For those going to Games in Concert tomorrow, we received a notification via email that there are roadworks around the area, so the usual route to the theatre is not available. I checked the site and they say there is a detour with yellow boards and such, but they advise to leave 10 minutes earlier than planned ( Read more... )

As I mentioned yesterday, today I went into town in search for some new running shoes. I found some at Perry Sport, although I can't say I love the look of them. Actually, ALL running shoes look hideous to me... they have these weird colors, with silver and blue stripes and stuff...
